Jay Hodgens, PE has the distinction of having worked in the Putnam County (NY) Department for four years as an Assistant Public Health Engineer. During this time, his responsibilities included the field and office review of hundreds of on-site sewage disposal systems.
These systems were designed by other engineers or were systems that were failing. Having been educated from these designs, he is able to identify the best application of technology to provide best for client needs.
