He has performed hundreds of building and foundation inspections and many more hundred site investigations. His employment situations have included work as an independent contractor, governmental regulatory official, County government Department Head, manager, Principal of an air monitoring firm and President of an engineering and surveying corporation. In addition to building inspections, he has experience in groundwater monitoring, water supply, wastewater treatment, sewers and distribution piping systems, on-site sewage disposal system design and remediation, foundations , site assessment, permitting and other matters of regulatory compliance. Over the course of time, he has inspected many hundred sites, buildings and residences.
